which means:

• 3 laptops: 4.5s
• 6 laptops: 9s
• 9 laptops: 16.5s

The fastest minigames to finish are the "le fix my pc button" and "fly shooting" (with some good aim) minigames, which have a 1/4 chance of appearing just like all the other minigames.
